These terms govern use of the website polarnights.online and the services of Polar Nights Casino Hotel Resort.
The site is provided for information and reservation requests. Content is for general guidance and may change without notice. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated tools that overload the servers.
Room requests submitted through the site or by email are offers to book. A contract is formed when we send written confirmation. Cancellation and amendment rules appear on the confirmation and in the FAQ. Guests must provide accurate information and present valid identification at check-in when required.
Guests agree to respect other visitors, staff and property. Quiet hours apply in residential floors. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets other than assistance animals are not allowed. The resort may refuse or end a stay if rules are seriously breached, with appropriate notice and in accordance with Finnish law.
Access is subject to age verification (18+) and house rules. Gaming is regulated under Finnish law. Responsible gambling tools and self-exclusion options are available. The resort is not liable for losses incurred while participating in games of chance.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for stays and services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for other liabilities that cannot be limited under Finnish law.
Text, design and images on the website are owned by or licensed to Polar Nights. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
