Gaming floor
Three distinct zones across approximately 48,000 square metres of public floor. Clear paths, visible staff stations and responsible gambling information at every entrance.
Zone A – Tables
Card and other table games arranged in open clusters. Hosts remain nearby during active hours. Seating is limited and assigned by staff when demand is high.
Zone B – Machines
Machine banks with clear aisle spacing. Volume levels kept moderate. Break areas with seating and water stations placed at regular intervals.
Zone C – Mixed
Combination area used for tournaments and quieter evening sessions. Layout changes are posted at the floor desk the day before.
Entry and rules
Entry is restricted to persons aged 18 and over with valid photo identification. Finnish and foreign IDs are accepted according to current national rules. Bags may be checked at the entrance. Photography of other guests or staff without consent is not permitted.

Hours
Floor opens daily according to posted schedules. Extended hours apply during peak winter periods. Exact closing times are displayed at each entrance.
Staff presence
Floor supervisors and hosts rotate continuously. Guests can request assistance or information at any staff station without formality.
