Polar Nights is a casino hotel resort operating at Lapuankatu 4 in central Helsinki. The property combines overnight accommodation, a multi-zone gaming floor, a wellness circuit and flexible event spaces under one roof.
We opened in 2014 after converting an existing building. The goal was practical: rooms that work for short and medium stays, a gaming area that is easy to navigate, and support services that do not require long explanations.
Daily operations are organised around clear shifts for front desk, housekeeping, gaming floor and wellness. Managers review occupancy and feedback every week. Staff training covers local regulations, responsible gambling procedures and basic guest assistance in Finnish and English.
We do not aim for spectacle. The design choices favour durable materials, readable signage and consistent room layouts so returning guests know what to expect.
