214 rooms across several floors. Layouts prioritise sleep quality, work space and storage. All rooms include climate control, blackout curtains and en-suite facilities.
City Room
Compact layout for one or two guests. Desk against the window, wardrobe with hangers and shelf space, rain shower. Suitable for stays of one to three nights. Floors 3–7.
Corner Room
Additional window on the second wall. Slightly larger footprint with seating nook. Preferred by guests who stay longer or work during the day. Floors 4–9.
Suite
Separate sitting area, larger desk and extra storage. Bath with handheld shower. Limited number on upper floors. Requested in advance during peak winter weeks.
Shared room features
Climate & light
Individual temperature control. Blackout curtains tested for Helsinki winter darkness. Window seals maintained annually for noise reduction.
Work & rest
Desk with power outlets at both sides. Reading light independent of main ceiling fixtures. Mattress firmness standardised across the building.
Daily service
Housekeeping runs on a fixed schedule with optional do-not-disturb. Towel change on request. Extra pillows available from the floor desk.
Accessibility notes
Several rooms on lower floors are configured for step-free access and wider doorways. Request these at the time of booking. Elevators serve all floors. Staff assistance for luggage is available on request.
